So when I got off work yesterday at 8am. I decided to wake everyone up!! We all got ready and headed to Abilene for something fun to do. Our first stop, The Zoo!! The kids absolutely love it and Matt and I just follow behind and let them lead the way. This was the 2nd time with Daddy so they were getting pretty good and knowing there way around! Then we were going to check out some museums there but found out they were closed. So we headed to PrimeTime. We rode the go carts, Danielle got to ride the little kid ones all by her self! Eric and I played putt-putt while Matt and Danielle did the XD movie, it was a movie about a cat on a rocket ship and Danielle was kinda mad because she wasn't tall enough to buckle her set so it didn't move like the rest of the chairs. That all went good though, Eric loved playing putt-putt, and we were all alone on the holes so he could kinds do his own thing! Then Matt and Danielle went to do the Nas Car simulator and Eric and i shared popcorn and mint chocolate chip ice cream!! Well so then we were off to find some food!! While driving around trying to decide Eric fell asleep, so that took out any sit down places, so finally we just went through the Taco Bueno drive thru. It was good seeing as i haven't eaten there in a long time.
So on the way home we thought we drive thru Buffalo Gap, remember we used to go there to see the buffalo. Well he wasn't out and Matt was making fun of me saying there was never one there and i was making up things.
But remember through all of this i was driving and i had been awake since 4pm Saturday!! and then i had only gotten 4 hours of sleep. So it made for a long day, but it help with switching my schedule!! Starting tonight i will be on Swings 4-midnight! I'm so happy i won't have to be up all night and get to sleep with my hubby again!!!
Anyways we had a GREAT day and just thought I'd share. Oh yeah i left the camera in the car, umm every where we went so no pictures :o(
